I have been making my own version of "loaded" mashed potatoes for my family for a while, and we really enjoy them. But there is so much preparation involved and on a busy day you can forget about it! I love that Betty Crocker has come up with a way for us to enjoy one of our favorite side dishes even on those busy days! The thing that is really great about this dish is that it is so loaded up with goodies that you can almost serve it as the "main event" of your meal, pair it with a salad and you are all set! I am really looking forward to trying out the other delicious varieties very soon!

Oh my gosh, I love that summer's coming up so we can have barbecued chicken! It's been such a long winter, and we love to have BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, and fresh corn on the cob. I love Betty Crocker's easy potatoes because they taste like homemade and are a cinch to 'whip' up! :D

I would serve them with a medium rare sirloin steak on the grill, a tossed salad with homemade Italian dressing, steamed broccoli spears, and chocolate cheesecake for dessert.

I would serve them with steaks fresh off the grill seasoned with cracked black pepper and bleu cheese crumbles and corn on the cob! If the kids are at Grandma's house maybe we'd have a mojito with it too...

I just love BC loaded mash potatoes.. I've served them with many meals but I must say they are real yummy with steak w/sauted mushrooms and also served with white corn.. mmmmm,mmmmm, yummy!!

I love loaded mashed potatoes! I have tried the Betty Crocker ones and I must say they taste just like homemade ones! There's no "fake potato" taste at all to them.

There would be no better way to serve these loaded mashed potatoes than with my favorite recipe for Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf (from none other than Ms. Paula Deen). Of coarse I would have to throw some sort of veggie in there too... probably green beans with garlic & tomato! YUMMY!
