Actually your total doesn't have to be more than $15:) I bought something for a friend and it ended up having a total balance of -.65!!! :)
Booooo. Tried to sign up and it finally let me. Then it had to add my code twice, and then it would freeze after I hit "process" and never come up with anything. I didn't want to keep trying and risk getting charged a bunch of times. Bummed, I found the cutest shoes on there.
I got the blanket it was really easy!! I always wanted one for my little girl, I just hate that there was no little girl ones, but oh well she is my pal and it is free!! Thank you for the info!
